This notice explains how Ricta Technologies SRL processes personal data when you use eviquire.com and related Eviquire services.

2. Data we process and why

3. Service providers and recipients
We use processors and service providers only where necessary for the purposes above. The current providers used for the Eviquire website and related services are:
- Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, security, and related request logging.
- HelpSpace for customer-support services.
- Supabase for application data and related platform services.
- Auth0 for customer-area authentication and identity-management services.
- MailerLite for email communications where you choose to receive them.
- YouTube, only when you choose to load the optional product-demo embed. YouTube then processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal data.
4. International transfers
Some providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, as required by applicable law. 5. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose collected, including to provide the service, resolve requests or disputes, maintain security records, and meet legal obligations. Account and service data are generally retained while the account or service relationship is active. Marketing data are retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. We may retain limited information afterwards where necessary to document or honour an opt-out, protect legal rights, or comply with legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing before withdrawal. Contact [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or your local data-protection authority.

Read our Cookie Policy for details about essential storage, optional services, and how to change your choices. The website does not load optional YouTube content until you allow it.
