Eviquire Desktop 6.0.6110.18Updated

22.1 From Version 4.8 to the Version 6 Interface

This edition updates the earlier Version 4.8 manual to reflect the three-level Case Manager shown in Version 6 and changes introduced during the 2026 release cycle. The operational procedures in this manual follow the current labels while retaining the established forensic concepts: cases, acquisitions, evidence items, hash lists, timestamps, report packages, and chain-of-custody records.

22.2.1 What Version 6.0.6110.18 Adds to This Manual

This revision incorporates the October 2026 unified timeline, deep cookie and TLS certificate evidence, HAR and NetLog, historical website comparison, local report generation and branding, social metadata, case attachments, individual evidence downloads, integrity verification, cookie-consent automation, portable packages, recording and media review, and acquisition recovery.

Operational improvements include Windows acquisition protection; FreeTSA and blockchain timestamp concurrency with bounded waits; reuse of acquired WHOIS, robots.txt, and sitemap context within an acquisition; better handling of dynamic social-media interfaces; and more robust Pageshot cancellation, scrolling, and PDF generation.

Known limitations include changing social-media structures, potentially sensitive HAR/NetLog contents, host-side Linux packet-capture prerequisites, compatible X11/XWayland support for the AppImage, recommended consistent multi-monitor scaling, and macOS beta status.
